Hey everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know that Josh is doing well. He sure does miss home and I miss him every second, every minute, and every hour of everyday, but I am trying to hang in there.
Josh is working long hours everyday so he is exhausted all of the time. He never has a day off so I feel so sorry for him.
The other day he saw two Afghani men on a motorcycle and the one on the back of the motorcycle was carrying his own motorcycle. He said it was unbelievable.
He said he loves the grapes there and all of the other fruit is so delicious too. He said there is a really cool fruit there called a Mangosteen that he eats a lot. He also said there are 24 different kinds of mangos in Afghanistan. Yum, I would love that!

Mac is gonna be jealous of Josh's beard :) Now he will start arguing with me about growing his own! Ha!
I have heard of Mangosteen, smoothie king has a mangosteen madness smoothie, they are yummy!

I am sorry it has taken me so long to reply to your comment. We have been on furlough in the States and being on the road, I have done a poor job of communicating through the blog. I do better with FB, since it is quick. Are you on? Friend me.
Strange that you were living in DC, our sponsoring church is in Warrenton (just west of Manassas). I am glad that you are near your family while Josh is away. I know this must be a hard time for you. I am asking the Father to protect him, and protect you from all fear!
Speaking of Atlanta, we were just in Colorado Springs with Matt and Lela Elliott! It was so great to reconnect with them.
