This past weekend I was able to go to my best friend Kelly's church shower in Birmingham. She had a whopping 80 people or so that came...what a great turn out! It was a couple shower so the guys watched the Auburn -LSU game (Auburn was decimated) and the ladies of course, mingled and enjoyed one another. The shower was so wonderful. The girls who put it together worked so hard--the pumpkins they painted for decorations were adorable and the food was delicious! Kelly got a lot of great gifts and little Colton will be all set! As of now she is due November 29 so it is just around the corner. Please be praying for Kelly and baby Colton, specifically that they both stay healthy, that she will have a smooth delivery, and that our faithful Lord will give the doctors wisdom as they work with Kelly. (For those that do not know, Kelly is a high risk pregnancy).
Also, please be praying for Ryan's mom, Bev, as she has been battling cancer. She will find out towards the end of November if the treatment has worked. I was so excited to see her at the shower and she was just as happy as a lark wondering around and snapping pictures with her new camera. She is an encouragement and a great example to me as she is enjoying the life that God intended her to have and is keeping her spirits up.
My prayer to God is that this Thanksgiving the Hinote/Key family will be blessed with a healthy baby boy, Colton and that Mama Key (Bev) will receive wonderful news that her treatment has worked and she is cancer free. Please join me in prayer!

Awww...I miss you already friend!!! :( Thank you so much for this post & for coming all the way to Alabama for the weekend! What a blessing it was to have you here. I can't wait for Colton to meet his Aunt Worly Barf & Uncle Josh :). I love you & thank you for your prayers & always being a wonderful supportive best friend.

I'm so glad you were able to go to B'ham!!! What a fun trip! The shower looked awesome and I know yall had a blast! Wish I could have been there too! All you're pictures are great and you look great too, by the way! Hope you're doing good!!
